Designer for a Day

$800 | 4 hours

This package is ideal for clients that need a quick project turnaround time or are do-it-yourselfers that need a little guidance with selection but want to do all the buying on their own. This package also works well with clients that are considering new construction and need help with making final cabinetry, flooring, countertop, etc. selections.

 

What’s included:

We will provide direction in the following areas:

  • Selecting furniture, lighting, artwork, or rugs for a refresh – we will provide product links for online/catalog retailers 

  • Selection of finishes, flooring, carpet, cabinetry, countertops for a new build

  • Selection of color palette for a refresh or new build

At the end of this session, we will leave you with a complete plan of items to be purchased and all web links for online purchasing.

Designer by Your Side

$3,500 | 20 hours

This package is perfect for the client who needs design guidance and recommendations but still wants to manage the purchasing and/or sourcing of some or many of the elements of their space. We are at your side ready to answer any question relating to the design of your project.

 

What’s included:

  • At Client Residence - Site visit of your home for floor plan and layout ideas

  • At Client Residence - Idea session with client exploring their ideas and preferences 

  • Sourcing of furnishings and other decorative elements for the design plan. 

  • Ordering samples

  • Specifying paint colors, fabrics, wall coverings, lighting, furniture

  • Ordering products if needed

  • In-person and email conversations

  • Reviewing quotes and estimates

  • On-site appointments and walkthroughs

The Simple Downsize Package

starting at $3,500

Based on the scope of work per space for the Design Phase only. The implementation phase is billed at $175 per hour. Bundle pricing available with three or more spaces.

Relieve the stress and anxiety of downsizing by allowing us to edit and curate your existing furnishings. The result is a stress-free move and a beautiful residence awaiting your arrival. 

This consultation package is executed in two phases - Design and Implementation. 

 

What’s included - Design Phase:

  • At client residence - Site visit of your home to measure each space/s

  • At client residence - Brainstorming session with client exploring their ideas and preferences for the project

  • Preparation 2D and 3D space planning drawings

  • Sourcing of furnishings and other decorative elements for the design plan. 

  • Order Samples

  • Preparation of design presentation for client

  • At client residence - Presentation Meeting

  • Revisions 

  • Final Design Plan

What’s included - Implementation Phase:

  • Procurement of all items agreed upon in the Final Design Plan

  • Project management to place and track all orders

  • Site visits to oversee trades such as paint, window treatment workroom, upholstery workroom, design center, custom cabinetry, etc.

  • Pick up and drop off of samples

  • Installation – Big reveal! – We oversee furniture deliveries, window treatment installations, art hanging, wallpaper installation

Luxury Interior Design Consultation Package

starting at $4,000

Based on scope of work per space for Design Phase only. The implementation phase is billed at $175 per hour. Bundle pricing available with three or more spaces.

This is our full-service design product. We take your space down to the bare bones and create the space you’ve been imagining. We bring your dream to life.

This consultation package is executed in two phases - Design and Implementation. Each phase is priced separately.

 

What’s included - Design Phase:

  • At current client residence - Site visit of your current home to measure and catalog all the furniture and decorative elements

  • Idea session with client

  • At new client residence (if possible) - Site visit of the new residence to measure for floorplans and elevations/ if new construction, use floor plans available

  • Preparation of Simply Jane floor plans/ furniture layouts and elevations. Window Elevations are necessary for window treatment design.

  • Sourcing of furnishings and other elements for a design plan. Incorporating existing furniture that will fit the new aesthetic and new room layouts.

  • Preparation of design presentation 

  • At current client residence - Presentation Meeting

  • Revisions 

  • FINAL PLAN to include an exit strategy for existing pieces that won’t be able to join you in your new residence.
